About Me
I didn't start in tech. I started by trying to understand people.
In college, I studied political science, languages, philosophy, and psychology. I learned Spanish, traveled, and spent years teaching because I was drawn to how people think and how complex ideas become real-world outcomes.
That curiosity eventually led me into IT. I started in support roles, where I learned how systems actually fail in real environments. As I moved into infrastructure and cloud work, I naturally gravitated toward explaining systems, mentoring teammates, and turning confusion into clarity.
Long before my title reflected it, I was already doing technical evangelism. Developer relations became the natural next step.
Today, I focus on translating complex technical systems into ideas people can actually understand through teaching, documentation, content, and hands-on work.
